Step 1
After receiving your email, we will call you at the requested time to discuss how we can help, answer your questions, provide information about our company, and give you initial direction on meeting your needs.
Step 2
The next step is a complimentary in-home assessment. During this visit, we will discuss in detail the required services and ask questions to better understand the person in need of care. We aim to learn about their personalities, interests, hobbies, and cultural backgrounds. We will create a customized care plan for your review after the assessment.
Step 3
We will match your loved one with the caregiver that best suits their care needs and personality. On the first day, we will come to your home with our caregiver to make introductions. Rest assured, our caregiver will have reviewed the care plan and be ready to start providing care immediately.
