At Enchanted Hearts Home Care, we help individuals with developmental disabilities live as independently and confidently as possible in their homes and communities.

We are looking for compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are passionate about helping others achieve their goals and want to be part of a supportive, nurse-led team.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour (based on experience, qualifications, and client needs)

Schedule Options:

  • Part-Time and Full-Time
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shifts available (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Flexible scheduling

What You’ll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Duties may include:

  • Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
  • Supporting social, vocational, and life skills development
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
  • Light housekeeping and laundry
  • Transportation to appointments and community activities
  • Medication reminders and basic health monitoring
  • Implementing individualized support plans and documenting progress

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a DSP is preferred but not required
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Compassionate and patient personality
  • Reliable and punctual
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Passion for helping individuals with disabilities achieve greater independence
