We are seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Instructor who can step into this teaching role with confidence, independence, and minimal supervision.
Pay & Schedule

What You’ll Do
As a Nurse Instructor, you will lead hands-on instruction across our CNA, QMA, QMA Insulin, and HHA programs. Duties include:
- Delivering state-approved curricula through classroom lectures, skills labs, and clinical/practicum rotations
- Demonstrating and rigorously assessing clinical/practical skills to ensure complete competency
- Monitoring student progress to identify gaps early and providing dedicated coaching and remediation
- Taking full ownership of preparing students to successfully pass Indiana state written/oral and practical skills examinations
- Maintaining accurate attendance, clinical training-hour logs, and skills competency assessments in full compliance with IDOH standards
- Preparing classrooms, lab equipment, and instructional supplies for every cohort
What We’re Looking For
- Active, unrestricted Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven track record teaching CNA/Nurse Aide and/or QMA programs
- Relevant background in long-term care or general nursing
- Deep understanding of student attendance, clinical-hour logging, and IDOH documentation requirements
- Strong public speaking, organizational, and classroom management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day oversight
- Willingness and ability to supply all required documentation for official IDOH instructor approval
- Current or relevant Train-the-Trainer certification (highly desirable)
